The Global Happiness Team

Meet The Team:

  • Victoria Johnson

    Co-founder and Director

I know first-hand what it's like when people don't have the inner resources to make friends with their mind and live happily. For many years, living inside my mind felt like living in a haunted house! Now, with the teachings and practices we share at the Museum of Happiness, my mind feels more like an inner sanctuary — a safe, joyful refuge to come home to, no matter what's going on in the world around me. This is my deepest wish for everybody!

For the past 10 years, I have worked with people from all backgrounds — from children to doctors, esteemed companies, government officials, refugees, the homeless, and students in schools and universities around the world. My mission is to help as many people as possible make friends with their mind, develop greater emotional resilience, and, as a global collective, work towards ending the mental health crisis. Let's co-create a happier, kinder, and more peaceful world from the inside out.

  • Yvonne Fuchs

    Non-Executive Director

I'm Yvonne, and I've been a change maker for over 40 years. My focus is on helping individuals, creative businesses, charities, and social enterprises bring about the changes they desire in their personal lives, work, and in the world. My approach involves finely tuned skills in coaching, mentoring, and facilitation. I see this as an act of service to my fellow human beings — enabling the enablers!

My passion lies in nurturing and guiding the individuals who are the heartbeat of each organisation. I had the deep honor of being ordained by the late Zen master Thich Nhat Hanh, which has profoundly informed my life’s work. As a facilitator in both the world of Zen and social business, I have applied these skills to the area of peacemaking, facilitating two international peace conferences: one at the Berlin Foreign Ministry to support the UN 1325 peace accord, and another focused on addressing violence against women as a result of war. It is a joy to support the Museum of Happiness.

  • Katie Hebditch

    Head of Community and Operations

After completing the Happiness Facilitator Training in 2021 I knew this was an organisation I had to be involved with.  After years of exploring ways to support mental wellbeing I was amazed at how the Museum of Happiness brought it all together in such a concise, fun and effective way.

Combining my experience as a qualified Teacher, background in commercial Training and Development, and creative skills I lead and support in all things training, operations and creative. In my own practice I blend the tools from the Museum of Happiness with Somatic Focalizing to support people to befriend their present experience, develop deeper self-compassion and find new ways to engage with life more deeply.

I'm dedicated to supporting the Museum of Happiness spread its magic as far and wide as possible- with first-hand knowledge of how important this work is, and how impactful it can be to everyone, from individuals, to schools and communities.

  • Jenis Lunkad

    Happiness Ambassador - India

Hi, I’m Jenis. I’m a certified happiness coach, a storyteller, a practitioner of somatic and inner child work. I practice Reiki and shamanic tools bringing in the wisdom of the ancient and of the spirit. Having grown up feeling different all my life, my journey has been deeply around self-acceptance.

A key factor in my journey has been discovering, understanding, and embracing my own happiness. Allowing happiness to guide me and act as my compass has helped me summon courage, conviction and compassion for my truest self.

This is what I strive to share with the world—helping others connect with themselves through the vehicle of their happiness. I truly believe that the world doesn’t need more successful people, but rather kinder, happier individuals who are true to their hearts. When we connect with the happiness that resides in our hearts, we naturally align with our spirit, and that’s where all the magic happens.

  • Cecilia Manoleehagul

    Happiness Ambassador - Thailand

Greetings from Bangkok! I'm Cecilia, and in this beautiful Land of Smiles, I’ve come to understand that while smiles may not be a constant, life’s ups and downs are a natural flow, and that's perfectly okay. We always have a choice—to lean into joy and cultivate the happiness that our hearts truly deserve.

Through my own daily practices of mindfulness, meditation, yoga, and gratitude, I’ve discovered that joy is always present, even in the smallest moments. I find magic not just in quiet reflection, but also in the vibrant connections I share with others—whether it’s spending time with my loved ones or unwinding at one of Bangkok’s cozy pet cafés. I believe joy is everywhere, waiting to be noticed.

I run "Mommy's Love Nest," a supportive community for mothers feeling overwhelmed by the endless demands of motherhood. Through mindfulness, self-compassion, and heartfelt connections, I help moms rediscover their inner joy and cultivate balance. If you feel weighed down, know that the joy you seek is already within you—and I’d love to help you reconnect with it.

  • Laura Jessie Cook

    Happiness Ambassador-Resilient Futures

I'm thrilled to be a Museum of Happiness Global Ambassador. I believe happiness can strengthen our resolve, unlock creativity, and bolster our resilience—qualities that are essential when working to tackle some of the world's most pressing challenges.

In my work across various organizations and through my own consultancy services, I focus on critical global issues, including the climate and nature crises, the need for preparedness against global catastrophic risks, and human rights, with a particular emphasis on women's rights. My background as a former special education teacher and my lived experience as someone with Autism and Dyspraxia have also fueled my interest in exploring science-based happiness models that resonate with neurodivergent thinkers: happiness is for all of us!

I am passionate about the Museum of Happiness's mission and excited to contribute to this important work. Together, I believe we can create a world where happiness is not just a personal pursuit but a collective one that drives positive change and helps us face global threats with renewed strength and optimism.
