Life’s journey feels lighter when shared with a supportive, like-minded community. For the past three years, we’ve gathered every Monday to explore the many facets of happiness together—building a foundation of joy, peace, and compassion. Our community members often share how uplifting it is to start the week in this nourishing way.
This year, we’ll continue to dive deeper into themes that reflect our core values of Kindness, Mindfulness, and Community. Each month will begin with Kindness, where we’ll explore how to bring more of it into our lives—toward ourselves, others, animals, and the planet. Mindfulness and meditation will be the focus in the second week and woven into every session. In our third week, members will have the chance to share their passions, skills, and interests. On the final Monday of the month, it’s all about you—an hour of self-care, encouraging you to make time for something that brings you happiness and peace.
Our weekly schedule:
1st Monday: Co-creating a Kinder World with Vicky
2nd Monday: Mindfulness and Meditation with Katie
3rd Monday: Community Offerings
4th Monday: You Time – Self Practice
We also have a vibrant WhatsApp Community Group where you can connect with others, offering a warm, non-judgmental space to support one another through life’s ups and downs.
Last year, many of our members volunteered at a pop-up Museum of Happiness at University College London, and it was so fun to come together in real life and be of service. It’s been heartwarming to see more and more real-life connections and friendships blossom, both online and in person, as well as all of the shared wisdom, kindness, and support for each other as a community.

It’s been our honour and privilege over the last 9 and a half years to teach thousands of people, from all walks of life, the tools and techniques for sustainable happiness. The community we’ve built gives everyone a powerful sense of belonging, and connecting with others fuels our ability to keep moving forwards when times are tough.
We're always excited to welcome new members, and research shows that activities which increase our wellbeing and reduce depression are more effective if taken over a longer period of time. Finding out what works for each of us is key, so you’ll develop your very own ‘happiness toolkit’ to meet life’s challenges with greater kindness and resilience.
