Make Friends With Your Mind
1:1 Youth Mentoring
For Ages 7-18
Vicky spent seven years as a youth worker before co-founding the Museum of Happiness.
It was during this time that she realised the importance of focusing on mental health and wellbeing at a preventative level.
Depression and anxiety are currently among the leading causes of illness and disability among adolescents.
Over the last decade, she has worked with hundreds of young people in schools, colleges, universities, and one-on-one settings, sharing the science and art of happiness and how to make friends with the mind. Guiding, inspiring, and empowering young people to thrive is a mission close to her heart.

1:1 Youth Mentoring
Young people face immense pressures and can go through the entire education system without learning about emotional intelligence, their mind, emotions or happiness. In a culture dominated by social media, where authentic connections can be hard to find, it's crucial to cultivate a calm, happy and supportive mindset amidst the noise of external validation, comparison and limiting self-beliefs.
Vicky works with young people to help them make friends with their minds, navigate difficult emotions, understand their values, listen to their inner truth, and overcome fear and doubt to live happier, kinder, and more peaceful lives as they navigate the complexities of school, life and our volatile, complex and unpredictable world.
Vicky has not only co-founded and led the Museum of Happiness, but has also been mentoring and teaching young people and adults from all backgrounds for over 15 years.
She has shared these vital teachings with doctors and nurses in the NHS, government officials, esteemed companies, schools, and universities worldwide, and has trained over 700 happiness facilitators to share these teachings globally.
Transform your mind into a kinder place to live.
Getting Vicky’s one-on-one personal time and support is highly valuable, yet inclusivity is a core value at the Museum of Happiness, and we don't want money to be a barrier, therefore payment plans are available if you require.
If you would like to apply to work with Vicky one-on-one, please email us and a short application form will be sent to you.
