Become a Certified Happiness Facilitator

Let’s create a happier, kinder world together!

ONLINE AND IN TRAINING PERSON AVAILABLE

Did you know that happiness is a skill that can be learned?

After our genes and circumstances, approximately 40% of our happiness is in our hands. This means that we can take active steps to live a happier and kinder life.

Many of us are facing uncertain futures. With depression and anxiety at record level around the world, the science and art of happiness can bring us much-needed relief.

And when we boost our resilience this way, we’re more able to help others.

We’ve taken over a decade of study into the art and science of happiness, from thought-leaders, scientists and researchers around the world, and distilled it into something really fun and easy to explore - and which you can share with others!

Our course is the perfect place to discuss ways to be happier, to explore them, and to put them into practice!

Is it really possible to teach happiness?

Absolutely! A growing number of psychologists and scientists now consider happiness to be a skill that you can learn - something that philosophers and spiritual teachers have been teaching for thousands of years.

Our course will teach you the latest science and skills, inspired by our work and the work of world-leading experts in wellbeing, neuroscience, mindfulness, acceptance and commitment training, and positive psychology.

You'll discover practical techniques that can instantly boost happiness and rewire your brain to be happier, healthier and kinder to yourself and others.

Plus other practices to grow as you do, creating a deeper transformation over time.

No problem! The benefit of being online is that all the sessions will be recorded, and you'll get a copy of the slides and recordings of the sessions emailed to you every week.
